Comment by Aune Ahmad Asad on July 4, 2009 at 12:44am: It is absolutely right that a Leader should to know how to cop up with failures.I would say To err in life makes you perfect and visionary.A leader is suppose to be futuristic in his/her approach does not mean that one takes the formula of Mean,Mode to make it rational.Failure may come even if your plan is being executed as per the proposed guidelines.One has to keep the third eye open unless until it gets completed.Failure could be positioned as a strength for long term plan if it is so else one has to change the dimension to make it successful.
