Mphasis acquires U.S. firm Fortify Infrastructure Services

Mid-market Bangalore based applications and BPO Company, Mphasis Limited, is acquiring Fortify Infrastructure Services Inc, an offshore remote IT operations and management (ROM) services firm in the US.
