So far, you have been FOLLOWING processes; this job will enable you to DESIGN and UPDATE processes in an MNC environment!!

Required urgently (Expected on-board by June 28) for working for one of our projects. The end client is Global Telecommunication Giant

Positions we are looking for:

·        IT Process Design Executives

·        IT Process Documentation Engineers

(44 positions at different levels of maturity from 2-5 years experience)

Exceptions may be made for EXCEPTIONAL candidates

Education Qualification:

Minimum Graduates, any stream 

Engineering graduates preferred; other graduates are welcome to apply

2-5 years experience in IT Process Support roles in BPO, or IT Support roles

Job Description:

• Transitioning IT / Business process from existing mechanism to US Client
• Working on ITIL processes, interactions with customers in USA, writing / modifying processes and documenting

Enablement Provided:

• ITIL V3 Training (Foundation and Process Writing etc) will be provided by Vyom Labs
• One-month training for the work by International trainers before getting on live job
• Post-induction training from a global top-ten MNC on world-class tools
