I am Rajesh Kumar, an Associate Professor of International Business Strategy at the University of Nottingham in the UK. My expertise is in International Business and I sensitize Western companies to the culural and political challenges of operating in India. Likewise, I am also involved in assisting Indian companies with managing the cultural interface as they venture overseas.
