LARGE CAP PROJECT FUNDING

MVXX GROUP OF BANKS IS AN INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LENDER THAT UNDERWRITES AND EXECUTES PRIVATE PLACEMENTS OF MAJOR LOANS FOR QUALIFIED BORROWERS FROM $150 MILLION AND UP.  LOAN ARE TIED TO ONE YEAR LIBOR AT SIMPLE INTEREST RATES, WITH QUARTERLY OR SEMI-ANNUAL PAYMENTS IN ARREARS.  GRACE PERIOD UP TO TWO YEARS WITH NO PAYMENTS, PLUS LOAN EXTENSIONS AND NO PREPAYMENT PENALTY.  CURRENT RATES ARE ONE YEAR LIBOR+ .50 POINT.

6-IDEAL PROJECT IS ONE THAT HAS 3-5 YEAR DEVELOPMENT CYCLE.

7-NO PERSONAL GUARANTEES.

8-LENDER WILL PLACE A FIRST TRUST DEED.

FUNDING

1-CLIENT SUBMITS ALL PERTINENT BUSINESS DOCUMENTS.

2-PROJECT AND CLIENT GO THROUGH INITIAL REVIEW AND UNDERWRITING.

3-EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT WILL SPEAK WITH CLIENT.

4-LENDER WILL ISSUE A FORMAL PROPOSAL.

5-IF FORMAL PROPOSAL IS ACCEPTED, LENDER WILL PROVIDE CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION.

6-CLIENT TRAVELS TO EUROPE AND MEETS LENDER.

7-LOAN DOCUMENTS ARE SIGNED.

8-CLIENT OPENS UP A BANK ACCOUNT, WITH GUARANTEES.

9-CLIENT WIRES INTO THE ACCOUNT $30 MILLION OR 10% OR LOAN WHICH EVER IS GREATER.

10-FUNDING TAKES PLACE.  ENTIRE PROCESS 30-45 DAYS.
